2.2. Vendors must provide accurate business information, including tax registration details (e.g., NTN or STRN, if applicable).
2.3. The Platform reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at its sole discretion.

3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
3.3. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4.Customer Obligations
4.1. Customers must provide accurate information when placing orders.
4.2. Customers are responsible for reviewing product details, including pricing, before making a purchase.
4.3. Any misuse of the Platform, including fraudulent activities, will result in account suspension or legal action.
5.Transactions and Payments
5.1. All transactions on the Platform are processed through secure payment gateways.
5.2. The Platform supports multiple payment methods, including credit/debit cards, mobile wallets, and cash on delivery (COD).
5.3. Vendors will receive payments after deducting the Platform’s commission and any applicable taxes.

6.Returns and Refunds
6.1. Return and refund policies are determined by individual Vendors and must comply with Pakistani consumer protection laws.
6.2. Customers must contact the suzanystudio.com for return or refund requests.
6.3. The Platform may mediate disputes but is not liable for Vendor actions or decisions.
7.Intellectual Property
7.1. All content on the Platform, including logos, trademarks, and text, is the property of Solveteran (SMC-Pvt) Limited or its licensors.
7.2. Vendors grant the Platform a non-exclusive license to use their product images and descriptions for promotional purposes.
7.3. Users must not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written consent.
8.Limitation of Liability
8.1. The Platform acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of products sold by Vendors.
8.2. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform.
8.3. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant transaction.
9.Dispute Resolution
9.1. Any disputes arising from the use of the Platform shall be resolved through mutual negotiation.
9.2. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Pakistan.
9.3. The courts of Islamabad, Pakistan, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings.
10.Termination
10.1. The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms and Conditions.
10.2. Vendors may terminate their agreement with the Platform by providing 30 days’ written notice.
10.3. Upon termination, all outstanding payments and obligations must be settled.
11.Governing Law
11.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
11.2. Any legal actions must be filed in the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan.
12.Amendments
12.1. We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
12.2. Users will be notified of changes via email or through the Platform. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
