Return & Refund Policy
At Suzany Studio, customer satisfaction is very important to us. Every piece is made with care, and we take pride in our craftsmanship. However, due to the nature of our work and to maintain hygiene and quality standards, we follow a strict but fair return and refund policy:
General Guidelines
All sales are considered final once an order is confirmed, especially for customized or tailored pieces.
We do not offer refunds on custom orders, stitched outfits, bridal wear, or items altered to customer specifications.
Ready-to-wear items may be eligible for exchange only if:
The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.
A valid reason is provided (such as damage or wrong item sent).
The claim is made within 48 hours of delivery.
Exchange Process
Exchange requests must be submitted via WhatsApp or email with clear photos of the product and invoice number.
If approved, the item must be returned via courier at the customer’s expense.
Exchanges will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
No Returns/Exchanges On:
Custom stitched or made-to-order pieces
Altered or resized outfits
Bridal wear, formal orders, or clearance/sale items
Items returned without prior approval
Refunds (If Applicable)
Refunds are only considered in rare cases of:
Item being out of stock after payment
Order cancellation before processing or stitching begins
Any refund, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 working days via bank transfer or original payment method.

We reserve the right to reject any return or exchange that does not meet our policy terms. Our policies comply with general practices under Pakistan’s consumer protection laws, and we aim to resolve any issue in a fair, respectful manner.
